This verse has been echoing in my mind these last couple of days. I can be so hard on Simeon, my 2 and a half year old son. I expect him to reach my high standards and if he doesn't attain unto it, then I am severe and discipline him for it. I forget that he is a sinner. I forget that I am also a sinner that has been forgiven much; SO MUCH. I have had to repent and I plead the Lord that He will help me to show Simeon mercy.
